Happy pretty flowers

March 30, 2007

Because of my cutie sis’ request for some pics of our plants (her ‘babies) that she misses so much, I’m posting here some of their blooms for her viewing pleasure. Well, this is not just for her, but for us as well. Don’t we just love being with nature? I had fun going around the garden taking photos of them.

I think these pretty flowers were just beaming happily at the camera while I was taking their pics. :)

Your sis is really good. The last picture are euphorbias (don’t know how to spell it). What beautiful and colorful flowers!!!

Daisy: yup, your blue daze plant has about 5 or so tiny flowers now… they sleep during afternoons though, only blooming during the day. the yellow one is from a cactus, the end of its long stem has these cute flowers. :) i know you’d ask about this.

Lazarus: yes… nice gyud no? :)
P10 for a plant is a good buy na. better buy lots of ‘em. btw, haven’t been to transcental highway yet… maybe next time our family visits cebu, we will pass by that area.

Snglguy: our garden is not as great as u think it is…. you didn’t see the whole picture coz i just took the closeup views only, heheheh….
no orchids there, though the yellow one looks a bit like one. the first is the blue daze plant and the yellow one is from a cactus plant, the two flowers below are varieties of euphorbias (still a cactus plant).

Toe: yep, she is really good and she loves gardening (right Daisy? ;) )
yup, that’s the correct spelling. :) if you have a garden, they’re so easy to grow, just expose them to lots of sun and they need not be watered that much considering they belong to the cactus family.
