Business matters: Going after late-paying clients

June 4, 2010

When we still had our family business on computer training, we really don’t have difficulties asking for the bill from our clients for computer rental and services as they promptly pay at the cashier. There was one incident though when a user just left her personal item instead of paying in cash after using the computer for hours.

When it comes to our computer seminars however, we would find it a challenge to bill our clients especially those participants from government agencies as we had to go through so many offices and processes in order for the check to be finally ready for pick up.
