Finally we’re done with the inventory for one of the condo units, but it’s just too bad that the bathroom’s got some problems, it’s got to do with the water pipes I guess. Anyway, we already reported this with the project manager and he saw how too much pressure on the pipes caused some vibration and noise on the walls after the toilet is flushed. Maybe the installation of the pipes was not good enough. Ugh. Or is it because of the water closet or toilet? Maybe the brand used is not one of those high quality toilets?

In Hongkong, as in other places of small land areas, people are encouraged by the government to invest in gold and other precious metals, as they cannot easily invest in real estate with such limited geographical area.
Being a solid asset, gold is more stable than money in the bank, as the value of paper money can be eaten up fast by inflation throughout the years. Governments choose gold bullions to secure the paper notes they release.
