When we were in Finland, we almost had the chance to take a cruise to Sweden. I’m sure it could have been a great trip. Too bad, some important travel documents were still being processed. Well, the planned cruise remains to be a dream until now – to enjoy the gentle breeze right in the middle of the vast sea, with a great ocean view.
For families planning to be “out there” in a cruise, there are many options for family holidays especially for those travelling with kids. For instance, P&O Cruises have their Youth Activity Team in charge of the activities for the kids in a fun and safe environment. But first, we look into the essentials. The cruise package is composed of the accommodation, all main meals, entertainment, and of course, the use of their facilities which include swimming pools, gym, spas, table tennis for the sports-inclined, and library for those who would rather bury their noses with the latest best-seller, or a historical, educational literary work, or a classical novel, whatever one’s choice is.
For the youngsters, there are children’s centers, a special place for them to hang out with other kids of their age range, to enjoy their favorite pastimes, even video games; or educational and special activities; or they could enjoy sights such as an aquarium. These young ones will be handled by trained youth staff for your child’s comfort and enjoyment.
